Ordering: Non Trade

Individuals (students, teachers, academics, TCM practitioners, etc) can place orders with any branch of CHINA BOOKS at any time.

Orders can be made via our secure web-site shopping cart, telephone, fax, mail, in person, or via e-mail: info@chinabooks.com.au  

Payment is normally required before items can be delivered or taken, and this can be transacted with cash, credit card (Bankcard, Visa or Mastercard), eftpos, cheque (with appropriate identification) or money order made out in Australian dollars to CHINA BOOKS.

If you require a book to be posted or delivered via courier, please check with us concerning the appropriate charges for these services. We normally charge the going Australia Post rate for normal delivery.

CHINA BOOKS can send orders domestically and internationally.

Schools, Libraries &  Institutions

Orders can be placed with any branch of CHINA BOOKS at any time and should be accompanied with an official order form and number. 

Orders can be posted, faxed, hand delivered or, where the customer is known to CHINA BOOKS, sent via e-mail info@chinabooks.com.au  or delivered verbally via telephone. 

Ordered items will be despatched with an invoice which is payable within 30-days.

Orders from schools, libraries and institutions placed using official stationery and/or quoting official order numbers will, generally speaking, be eligible for discounts. Contact CHINA BOOKS for more details.

Ordered items will be posted via Australia Post and charges for delivery will be included on the invoice. The delivery charges will be in accordance with Australia Post rates.

Delivery via other methods will have to be negotiated on an individual basis.
